You’ll have a video interview with one of our recruiters - a chat about our job offering, what unique and challenging aspects we can offer, why our vacancy stands out and what you will gain joining us. We will also chat about you, the role, and your background. We would like to know more about your most interesting and challenging experience, a project you are proud of. The technical rounds usually involve meeting technical and management members across the business. Don’t worry - we’ll let you know who they are at every stage, and well before time. During this stage we would like to know how you handle situations we frequently face. There are no right or wrong answers, the questions we ask help us to understand how you tackle different cases, how you approach situations with multiple resolution scenarios, how you evaluate and analyse data and how you generate the possible solutions.
